Today is the day! I've read it, and The Man has written a great one! And as good as the first Joe Pike novel was, The Watchman, this one's better. Read Corey Wilde's review, or Jen Forbus' take, if you don't believe me. 'Nuff said.

It's been a long wait for this release. Enjoy the big day, and I expect to read all about it here.
ReplyDeleteYep. I'll have pictures and the like after Thursday. Thanks, Corey.
ReplyDeleteOh, I can't wait to hear about tonight!!! Tell PCN and Gregg and of course RC "hi" for me and remember I want a picture of you all - if possible. I have a digital photo frame I need to get working and that would be a prize photo to have on my desk! :)
ReplyDeleteHAVE LOADS OF FUN!!
I'll be sure to pass on your greeting to all of them, tonight. Pictures will be forthcoming. Thanks, Jen.
ReplyDeleteI'm soooooooooooo happy THE FIRST RULE met (and exceeded!) your Joe Pike expectations. I'll be taking your advice and tracking down a copy of L.A. REQUIEM to read this weekend - though I'm not confident Elvis can compare to Joe in my heart.
ReplyDeleteI think you'll enjoy it, NW. Between PCN, Jen, Corey, myself and anyone I've steered to it, it's a favorite. It's where the fan base really came to know Joe in depth for the first time, plus RC blew the doors off of the series structure (and with the maturity of his excellent writing). Thanks for stopping by, NW. You're always welcome, here.
